Carson’s BBQ Family Feasts are convenient cold-packed meals that are perfect to quickly grab & go.

Each feast feeds 2-4 people and is the perfect choice to heat & eat in less than 20 minutes.

BBQ Family Feast #1 – $49

  • 2 Full Slabs BBQ Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 tray Famous Au Gratin Potatoes
  • 1 pint Award-Winning Cole Slaw
  • 1 pint Signature BBQ Sauce

BBQ Family Feast #2 – $49

  • 1 Full Slab BBQ Baby Back Ribs
  • 2 Half BBQ Chickens
  • 1 tray Famous Au Gratin Potatoes
  • 1 pint Award-Winning Cole Slaw
  • 1 pint Signature BBQ Sauce

BBQ Family Feast Heating Instructions

IMPORTANT:

Remove ribs and/or chicken from foil and plastic wrap before heating.

Remove plastic lid from Au Gratin potatoes before heating.

BBQ Ribs – Outdoor Grill

  1. Remove ribs from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to heating.
  2. Place ribs on a hot grill, bone side facing heat source, for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Baste meat side with extra sauce, flip, and repeat for an additional 4-5 minutes. If you like your ribs crispy, continue grilling for an additional 2-3 minutes.

BBQ Ribs – Indoor Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 425° and remove ribs from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to heating.
  2. Place ribs in preheated oven for approximately 8 minutes.
  3. Switch oven setting to High Broil.
  4. Broil ribs bone side up for 4 minutes.
  5. Flip, baste meat side with extra BBQ sauce, and broil for an additional 4 minutes. If you like your ribs crispy, continue broiling for an additional 2-3 minutes.

BBQ Chicken – Outdoor Grill

  1. Remove chicken from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to heating.

  3. Baste meat with extra sauce, flip, and repeat for an additional 5-6 minutes. If you like your chicken crispy, continue grilling for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  2. Place in preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
